Carol Karthe, owner and designer of The Bird House in Laguna believes that your home is an extension of your personality. Entering the giant, slanted front door will usher you inside a double volume space that opens up all the way to the golf course views ahead. Deliberately placing her room facing the east, Karthe gets woken up early and slowly as the sun rises through the window facing her bed.

The home is equipped with everything you need to relax after a long day - a fireplace (it does get chilly at times), a sauna, a swimming pool and a wine cellar.

among the many things that works really well in this home, for me, is the color selection. The warm wood against the blues. Subtly accented and with the right attitude. Top job on this one!

The moment that grand main entrance door opened, I can feel the Zen. 😍 Everything is designed flawlessly from the open concept floor plan to the pool and those views. 😄 The only thing needed in that perfect wine collection is the electric wine opener. Cheers to this dream home! 😍

This home is a work of art! Fantastic! You’d never need to leave to take a vacation. However, it’s very high end and therefore unavailable to many, but we can take elements from it…the concept is delicious!

OMG! VERY WELL DESIGNED HOUSE JUST LIKE THE HOUSES IN OTHER NEIGHBORING ASIAN COUNTRIES LIKE THAILAND,SINGAPORE,MALAYSIA. THE AESTHETICS ARE SUPER GREAT. IT IS FABULOUSLY STUNNING. I HOPE THE GARDEN IS WELL CREATED TOO.
