Yes Prayers for Life and Wellbeing, but remember these people are 90% employed in the BILLION DOLLAR Tourist Industry, they all have much $ money to rebuild on their own but disenfranchise those whom do not but asking for Government HANDOUTS. True, I've seen friends laughing at Government giving them support while they don't touch their savings accounts....it happens in the USA as well, but the BILLION Dollars for Tropical Tourists is big cash non-reported money.
