This left me missing Alan Rickman... this human was extraordinary

Alan Rickman carrying the secret of the ending all the way through the franchise... very poetically mirrors Snape's journey as a "double agent" of sorts, giving way more gravitas to the "After all this time?" - "Always" dialogue... oh god now i'm crying again
  • @DaRebelbabe
James and Oliver didn't just embody the weasley twins. It was meant to be. They skipped school the day of the audition just to attend it. Sheer destiny on not only their casting but many others 😊

I love how Emma was the most hesitant one about all the fame back then but has since been in the biggest projects out of all of them
  • The Daniel Radcliffe & Helena Bonham Carter moment was HILARIOUS!!!

I read once that Jason Isaacs tried to smuggle the snake-headed wand of Lucius Malfoy off the set, but got caught. Honestly, I can't blame him because it is a lovely wand.

The only big revelation was about Emma thinking about leaving. The other ones we knew. In the interview between Jo and Daniel, she mentioned that she told Alan about Lilly and everything else.

So Alan Rickman just WAS Snape. I love the quote of his: "When I'm 80 years old and sitting in my rocking chair, I'll be reading Harry Potter. And my family will say to me, 'After all this time? ' And I will say, 'Always'."
  • @ErikaDraeug
The 'after all this time? Always' quote will go on beyond the Harry Potter fame.

Tom Felton and Emma Watson mutual respect and love is proof that platonic love does exist and should be nurtured

"After all this time? " "ALWAYS." It gives me chills...
  • @trinaq
It was so sweet to see the cast reunite and reminisce about growing up on set with each other. Plus, Emma's confession about her crush on Tom is too cute for words! 🥰
  • Practical effects is what makes the Harry Potter franchise timeless versus the Fantastic Beasts which is all CGI. There is also joy and magic to the HP franchise which is very lacking from the FB franchise. Those FB movies just look very sad and lifeless.
  • A harry potter directors edition would be great. All those deleted scenes would make the movies that much better I think.

The fact that Alan Rickman was the only person on Earth (other than the author herself) to know he was the story's most pure hearted hero must have been gold dust to the legendary actor. The smallest details that Alan Rickman added to the character will truly stand the test of time!
  • Everyone is talking about Alan. Which i admit I miss him too, same with Helen. But the part with Richard Harris and Forkes was so sweet makes me think about if he wouldve lived and continue it would've been spectacular.

It was so beautifully done. I love how it ended with Snape's "always" line 🙌🏼♥️

The Harry Potter series is so magical beyond any measures with all the perfect actings and character meanings that another remake cannot come for another 30-40 years.
