Thank you so much for making these videos. You have helped to put the puzzle pieces together.
  • @als239
Thank you for clarifying the differences in these supplements!
  • @Livelovelaugh684
Niacin increases NAD more than NMN or NR, and its cheap. Supplement companies cant make money off of it, so they don’t sponsor the YouTube influencers to pimp in out. Take TMG alongside so it helps with methylation, which you need to do with NMN or NR also.
  • @CC-kl4nh
Here’s the problem: NMN supplementation isn’t cheap and isn’t regulated so when you make a purchase you don’t know if it’s real or not! To figure it out, it takes a ton of research!
  • @jeremykops
Hey Doc, there's a clinic here that offers it intravenously, do you think my optic nerve damage would benefit from it?
  • @DaimonosUlv
What would be the safest approach; to take oral NR, NMN or NAD pills? (Long hauler here)
  • @joeguercio4157
I'm 16 months long hauling and want to start nad iv therapy. What would be the dosage and frequency? Thank you
  • Quaternary ammonium compounds exposure immediately crashes my mitochondria! This started for me in 2018. About half of approved disinfectants for covid had quaternary ammonium compounds. Maybe long covid patients should avoid quats.
  • @qingdaogrrl
What about for MCAS after mycotoxin poisoning?
  • Great video, thank you! Is it helpful with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome?
  • Dr I had bought 2 different kind and both of them besides not feeling more energized it gave stomachache all kind of vit B 3 it doesn’t matter the brand or any combination I wish it could work because I am suffering from long COVID symptoms and getting worse every day I usually listened to you and I had buy a lot of the supplements that you recommended some works for me other not and sometimes s hard because I really can’t find a really combination that will help me feel better
  • @julieevans6427
Greetings from Germany. So I need NAD plus and NR as supplements orally to get the benefits?
  • @D.W94
Hi. What if I can't take nicotinic acid or nicotinamide, I can't sleep because of these vitamins and I have a deficiency?
  • So I do have mast cell activation disorder with chronic fatigue, chronic pain etc. Also had breast cancer but am cured according to oncologist. What is your opinion about taking nad? I’m on k2d3, would you recommend nmn or nicotinamide riboside? Is taking ONE of these above all I would need or do I need to take something else with it?
