If as Chairman Tengco said, the SBPO or special business processing operations, are just like other BPOs and are not involved with gaming (meaning gambling, not video games) , then why are they under the jurisdiction of PAGCOR? PAGCOR means Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation so they shouldnt have jurisdiction over companies that are not into gaming activities just as PAGCOR has no jurisdiction over other BPOs like Amazon or foreign banks. An important question which Ms Davila failed to ask is whether these so-called SBPOs only hire Filipinos just like all other BPOs or do they hire foreigners as POGOs do, most of who are from China.

Ito na naman si Mr. Pogo. Wala ng lumabas sa bibig kungdi ipagtanggol ang Pogo. No exemptions dapat! If you exempt one, then you will exempt the next..and the next. They will just look for loopholes to circumvent to ban. Puro kickback iniisip nitong Tengco!
