I built an entire DND Halloween Session around the first Mahogany Lodge video. The players check into the Lodge for some rest and relaxation to discover that the Lodge may be haunted. After investigating and discovering a number "haunting like" instances (things moving on their own, doors slamming, strange noises) it is discovered that there are no ghosts and that the Lodge itself is a giant mimic. Hazel, what I named Erin's character, is actually a hag in disguise who views the mimic as her pet and companion. She feeds the guests to the Lodge but not before giving them the best guest experience they'll have for the rest of their lives.

I don’t know if you’ll see this, Erin, but I’ve been watching your videos almost every night for five years now. I’ve had really bad insomnia for as long as I can remember and your videos help so much. It’s such a nice routine for me to hear your comforting voice and calm my brain enough to fall asleep. Thank you for everything you do, you’ve made such a difference in my life and I’m sure the lives of many others!

I love how we are just up for anything lol. Movie night? Sounds good. Apple picking? The fresh air sounds nice. Baking lesson? Long as there’s a fire extinguisher just in case I’ll be there.

the haunted mansion part gave me an idea that i think you could execute really well! i need to see a haunted mansion/haunted inn check in, i think it would be so fun to hear otherworldly whispers and have a fun, slightly creepy cast (receptionist, room service, bartender, the options are endless!) perfect for october :) love your work!

As someone who used to work at a Kids Resort (Great Wolg Lodge anyone?) And who it was their job to provide hospitality like this to others, I've got a special place in my heart for this RP specifically. I want nothing more than to check into a hotel like this and pamper the hecking heck outta myself. It's incredibly comfy and Im so happy

I've rewatched the original Mahogany Lodge video so many times. It combines the cozy, woodsy, vintage, outdoorsy aesthetic with the typing sounds and activity planning dialogue of a hotel check-in or vacation planner role play video, a favorite for sure. I feel like this is the type of place I'd see Nick Offerman sipping whiskey in a big leather chair near the fireplace in the lodge lobby. This video has everything I loved about the first, but you really upped the Fall feel here. I'm definitely adding this to Autumnal Vibes playlist. I'd love to see more from the Mahogany Lodge. I'm imagining meeting the gardener and ranger, getting a facial treatment in the lodge's spa.
