    Sorry to hear about the pain spikes. It has been a rocky winter here in the states with way too many weather shifts for comfort. I have managed to stay productive. And it looks like spring has finally arrived. Fingers crossed for the both of us that it brings some much needed stability!

    Oh no! Pain spikes sound like a nightmare. I’m hoping you’re able to get it under control. Congrats on your words in March! That is awesome! I’m always so inspired by your progress. Excited to hear all about your audio book experience. I find that fascinating. I always enjoy developing edits. It is when I feel like the story gets back on the rails. I’m really hoping you can get more rest as the pain calms down. The mental health part of living with a chronic illness is a lot. Thank you for sharing that. Glad you got some fun in at the theme park. Hang in there my friend. 💜

    Awesome! Nice to be productive. I have been struggling to find the time to write but I feel it's also a mental health thing. There's a few projects on the go and it's hard to prioritize but I think I've decided on a step one, so that's a start.
