38 people were murdered in a terror attack on a Tunisian beach in June 2015. 30 of them were British tourists. A coroner hearing the inquests into the attack has concluded that they were "unlawfully killed". Sky News has spoken to some of the British holidaymakers who were on the beach that day and who survived the attack.

The thing what upset me so much was the thought of these poor people got on a plane to go on holiday and came back in the undercarriage in coffins, it broke my heart

I wish that short haired woman would stop interrupting her husband and trying to talk at the same time as him. I can't understand what either of them are saying

Must have been terrifying. The hotel staff member who filmed this guy on the beach was crazy brave. Sidenote....the older couple interviewed is absolutely precious Bet they've been married for many decades ❤

Weird, why wasn't this a bigger news story in the US? I didn't hear anything about this event.

  • In 2019, I'm still stunned by this. I was right there at the hotel a year before this happened...

I was on the exact same Beach one year before the attack happened, I can’t go back thinking I walked the same footsteps of the shooter or even the people who died. I never realised how lucky I was until now. RIP to all people who died that awful day.
  • i feel so bad for everyone involved. i went to tunisia and got back on the 3rd january this year and i knew what it was like and how the government didn’t advise people travelling there but we did. it’s a nice place and i stayed 5 minutes up the beach. all the police have guns now and it’s so tight on security just to get into hotels. all the people that work there were saying about how there’s only been tourists since the summer just gone. i heard a loud bang and immediately thought it was gunshots but luckily it wasn’t. my heart goes out to the family’s affected and who have lost a loved one💞

The crazy thing in EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE ATTACKS is that the murderers/terrorists think they are the good guys, and they will be viewed as heroes. Just despicable.
  • @RusstafaB
That is what happens when barbaric 14th Century medieval maniacs get hold of weapons and turn their depraved barbarity on poor defence less tourists. Apparently some of the Tunisian hotel staff were so brave and formed human shields to keep him at bay. We should support Tunisia it is a good Country

I never heard about this. This is so very sad. My prayers & condolences are with them.
  • @owzn6636
I cant believe i left Tunisia the day before this happened... I am so lucky that i didn't have to suffer this I hope all the families that were affected got a good recovery
  • Am I the only one who finds terror attacks very frightening but interesting at the same time as to how they could do such a horrible thing😤
