Excellent sermon, one that is almost never heard in our SDA churches. Many churches are asleep, and as he rightly implies in this sermon, many of the dedicated SDAs are thinking selfishly of themselves, how the Sunday Law is going to affect them, and refuse to do anything to be the salt of the earth in their neighborhood today. This is most glaringly obvious by the fact that many of us SDAs are indifferent to the demise of the "least of these my brethren" in the womb, and in fact, we, as a Church, support this most wicked of actions! . Dear Jesus, please forgive our apathy and selfishness, and may we allow you to use us to show your love and mercies to those around us. In Jesus' name, amen.

Thank you Pastor Kelly. God touched my heart ❤️ about using my talents. I ask what talents do I have? Not much in the bank. 70 years old with over $100,000 mortgage. Then I heard you refer to skills. Aha! I can surrender my time and God can equip me with the skills He needs me to have as long as I lay down self and selfishness and open my heart to His bidding.

Fear of the Lord, is what we want

Listening to your sermon brings to my mind SDA pastors building vacation cabins to relax while asking their congregations to help with mission work. The hypocrisy of some of our church leaders is sinful and is apparent by the way they stand in the pulpit and brag about all of their possessions and they reek of pride. God sees the widow sending tithe and gifts from her meager monthly stipend while those with everything this world has to offer cry for more funds for their church projects. God sees it all. We who love the Lord will continue to give for His cause, and he will take care of the rest. ~Amen~
