"Ek pal ka jeena" was never credited to Rajesh Roshan. I have an original CD which shows the music credits. The song was composed and sung by one and only Lucky Ali!

For the song " ek palka jina" - remember tge singer is Lucky Ali himself. It seems that he worked with rakesh Roshan to recreate the music for the song.
