My Journey into home owner ship started 20 years ago. I purchased my home it had this Neat architecture to it. Well First summer I owned my house I started getting Bats in the house. No one likes bats. Well most people dont like bats. Well Bats happen. As time went on and years went on we had more and more instances of bats in the house. Start investigating and found that at night fall bat would just swarm out of the sideing of my house. We called people to come check out what it would take to evict the unwanted squatters. Well you cant exterminate them. Bats are protected. You can only make them leave. Well about 5 years ago we had all the siding removed on the house this was the eviction notice to all the flying critters. Well that left us with a brick house with old stucko that was slowly falling off. Well long story short I was not in any way able to financially take on replacing the siding at that time.

The beginning of this year we started discussions with our local bank on the possiblity of getting away from where our loan was It rymes with Tank of JAmarica. And to my surprise the bank was willing to work with us. After a couple of months of getting all of our ducks in a row we were able to sign papers and start the process of this very large renovation project that has been the talk of the town this summer.

Well we were waiting for all the the bank stuff to go threw we started working on getting bids. Well this was the biggest nightmare. We made calls got promises of coming by to give us a quote and would never show up never call back it just sucked. We were lucky enough to find a great small construction company locally that was willing to work with us.

Marabelli Construction. They are great to work with. They take all of your Wants and needs ant make them a reality. We Made out a list. We had two categories Must have and Wish List. The must have had the Highest priority we were not budging on these items the other items well if we had to cut to make budget they would come off the list we would make due until we can afford to do them.

Well the Must have list was New Steel Roof House and Garage. This was complete strip down to remove all old replace anything that needs replacing and put new roof on. Windows all the way around house and Garage. We had many broken windows and old windows that did not open no screens. Large picture windows that were a big heat and Cooling problem year round. Doors New doors on House and garage screen doors.. Then of course we needed Siding.. And if you are going to side the House you need to side the Garage... Well they came through for us.

Jeremy made the whole process as painless as possible for us. Explained everything step by step all the way though the construction. No Hidden costs if something needed to be fixed or replaced that was not in the original bid we discussed it and made it work.

They made our bat House back into a Very Beautiful House that we are very pleased with. I would only do it again if I could hire Jeremy and his crew to do the job.

Thank you Marabelli Construction on a job well done I can not thank you enough.
