In the grand scheme of things if you need to take multiple feats to actually use Opportunity Attacks to lock down enemies even a fraction as much as the ability does in Pathfinder 2e and in 2e nearly everyone can get this more powerful version as quickly as 5e gets even a third of its power, does D&D 5e actually have more opportunity attacking than Pathfinder 2e?
