  • People with access to education and information: "No, the earth is flat" Tribal people with no access to education and information: "Such amazing knowledge, God is wonderful, I'm so thankful."
  • @beurksman
Narrator: "...that means that alien civilizations outside this circle are totally unaware of humanity's presence" Babu: "Good."
  • @kato_dsrdr
Dang, these people are smart ones. Being open to new information is a sign of intelligence.

The existential crisis was REALLY settling in with the man in gray. Not sleeping that night was a perfect way to describe how I felt when I first heard of how large the universe is, even now hearing it again I feel the same way.
  • @lyneetoile
Babu in the begening of the video: "The universe is equal to the earth, I have heard This from elders" Babu in the end of the video: "Our elders had just said that the sky is above and earth is below, and this earth is very big. But what i saw today was not know to our elders. We saw this and learned, so we will definitely tell all this to our future generations,..." Babu, voice of wisdom !
  • @Vyqe
I love that the first instinct of the elderly one is to pass the knowledge to the future generations.
  • @SofaMuncher
"As I told you earth is huge, but after seeing this, my brain's webs are cleared." Words of wisdom and humility. Respect!
  • @TerapiBoat
Arthur C. Clarke said: "Two possibilities exist: either we are alone in the Universe or we are not. Both are equally terrifying."
  • @110montauk8
That old man is how i wish all old people are. Willing to learn and accept new things even if it contradicts what he's been taught of for his entire life
  • @DennisKwasnycia
Common Man Show: "You know what these villagers need? A cosmic existential crisis".
  • @pixel7071
I really like how each one of them accepted the knowledge, instead of saying it's not real. The older guy saying that the elder didn't know that and that they will pass this knowledge onto future generations is just amazing.
  • @darkstatehk
The younger gentlemen dressed in yellow, you can see from his facial expression and eye contact with the video screen how fascinated and mesmerized he truly is. He's a 100% astro-scientist.
  • @NeasCZ
New generations in their village: "our elders say that the distance between Earth and the Moon is rougly equal to 82.7 million Toyota Corollas"
  • @SonOfMeme
"How big do you think earth is?" "I haven't measured it, but pretty big" That's the most down-to-earth(no pun intended) answer ever
  • @GrannySoupLadle
Lets be honest this is how we all felt the first time we learned/realised the size of things. Getting it all at once like this must have been INSANE.
  • @Ocro555
I just love the surprised, honest, sincere and thoughtful reactions of these villagers, bless them
  • @dennisgunn468
These people are extremely flexible and intelligent. They process huge concepts that are new to them with humility. Beautiful.
  • @rajasimanta
The fact that they absorbed such new vast info in such a short time is baffling itself 😮
  • @SlamFM36
First finding out about the vastness of space can be pretty anxiety inducing but it only becomes more and more fascinating the more you get dive in to it and learn. I bet the old guy was so eager to get back and spread the knowledge he just learned.
