From "Parks & Recreation": a mockumentary series following Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler), the deputy director of the Parks and Recreation department in the fictional town of Pawnee, Indiana. Leslie is determined to improve her small world through her job, despite resistance from Parks Director Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman), an anti-government Libertarian. The writers were asked what their favourite line on the show was. They considered the Network Connectivity Problem as the best joke on the show and were mad that this was an improvised line by Chris Pratt.

one of the most hilarious things is i remember seeing in an interview with one of the writers said he would be so pissed at Chris Pratt because he would come up with this on the fly and be insanely jealous they didn't think of it
