When the keyboard comes in during the second half of the solo is magic.
  • One of my favorite Rush songs! Massive, dark, twisted-yet-beautiful. Also, I believe it's one of Geddy's best vocal performances.
  • This song and this album is an absolute masterpiece. And that is saying a lot when one considers the greatness of these guys. The brooding introduction, underscored by Alex’s guitar work sets the tone for a song with a serious message. Again, one of Rush’s finest songs. Alex never ceases to amaze by his uniquely unpredictable string work and solo. Superb!

Three GOATS created masterpiece after masterpiece. It’s really remarkable.

The smile on your face says it all, this song is an absolute POWERHOUSE, a freight train, with one of the best lead breaks ever. It sends shivers through me every time, for 40 years....

I was living in the U.S. when GUP was released. The local radio station broadcast the entire album the day before release. We had a cassette ready to record it. Great days. Still bought the album on vinyl though. It would be rude not to....

Between the wheels and Body Electric are my two favorite tracks from P/G album. I remember hearing them debut on the Boston radio station I listened to.

Well here we are at the end of side 2 😢. Tim with Power windows 🪟 coming and you being a proficient guitarist, can you listen to Alex on Big Money? I knew a very adept player as a teen we were 20 as it hit and he could play most everything by ear, but he couldn't seem get Alex in Big Money he swore that Alex could spread across the neck beyond his reach and couldn't hit the notes or chords he actually said he couldn't figure out how Alex did it 😮🎸🤯.

Rush the greatest Rock band that ever was!😢46 years of listening watching day and night Magnificent!
  • This song and body electric, even more so than usual, the drum part just propels the song forward on the choruses. I also believe this is one of Alex’s most emotive guitar solos. Sublime!
  • Possibly my favourite live rush song. The force coming off the stage during this track was always incredible...Top tier Alex solo...Geddy full of emotion...Neil's lyrics bringing a tear to my eye...down to 'brother can you spare'

To me bands who play almost the same as their studio records: Pink Floyd, Genesis, Yes, Rolling Stones, Rush, Van Halen, The Cure, Echo and the Bunnymen, Foreigner, Santana, etc. Greetings from Peru!
