i need help with why my game just slows down really bad.


1. ive followed steps to reduce cpu throttling.
2. i overclocked my cpu 3 months ago and almost blew it up (blue screen
3. my specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860k (air cooled)
GPU: Geforce GTX 1060 6GB
Motherboard: Asus A68HM - PLUS
power supply: corsair vs450
hard drive: WD Blue 1TB
