Gonorrhea is actually one of the most common insults in Colombia. Idk about the origins but im Colombian and i can tell you thats not a Pablo Escobar exclusive or anything. Also on the same exact phrase you can hear "malparido" which is also really common.

Pablo was so freaking deranged, I had to laugh at times because of his audacity.. What a character... Jeez.. Actor was definitely amazing in Pablo's portrayal...as do the extremely close resemblance to the characters by other actors..
