Some of the best places to camp in Oregon include Toketee Lake, the Green Mountain Campground, and Devil’s Lake State Recreation Area. Toketee Lake is located within Umpqua National Forest and features the venerable Toketee Lake Campground. This campground is only a few miles off from the Umpqua Hot Springs, which can be accessed by campers via a short walk along the North Umpqua Trail.

The Green Mountain Campground is one of the more secluded campgrounds located within the state of Oregon, and it features only six campsites! While these campsites don’t feature any hookups, the seclusion more than makes up for it. Finally, the Devil’s Lake Recreation Area is home to the Devil’s Lake Campground, which is the only coastal campground in Oregon that’s located within the boundaries of a city.
