I went from 2 fridges to 1 when we moved. It hasn’t been as bad as I thought it would be. We do have 2 deep freezers though. My husband and kids are hunters so one get completely filled with meat for the year. I use my IP and air fryer all the time!! Both appliances I was on the fence about like would I use them and I’ve used them so so much. I have the mini oven style of air fryer and we roast our veggies in there, reheat food, cook frozen pizzas, cook bacon for kids bk. Etc It’s so so convenient. Sadly it hasn’t held up very well. Some functions already don’t work and we’ve only had it a little over a year. But my IP has been a beast. I’ve actually wished for 2 at times. 😂 i do use mine for a crockpot. I had the big kitchen aid as well and it only held up to a year+ of consistently making bread. So I have a very old, used Bosch now. It doesn’t look nice but it works so much better. My food processor I found at a thrift store. It’s old but heavy duty back from when they made quality stuff. I guess I have lots of thoughts on kitchen appliances. 😂
