Though gone, she often appears to me and connects when I am in transition or seek guidance. If only to heal and connect with the positive memories and feelings you may have enjoyed with someone who has passed away, you can use this recording to honor them. I lost my beautiful wife 7 weeks ago. The first 10 days, I saw her in my dreams several times. The dreams were so real that when I woke up I felt that my living in this world is not real. Then those dreams stopped and I tried your meditation last night. I can't believe she came to my dream, she was laying down next to me and we were talking and laughing just like her last weeks before she passed. She was only 36 years old and she was my first love that I knew for 16 years. I miss her every minute and I hope I see her again in the other side. Thank you for bringing her to my dream.

I wish it was possible for deceased loved ones to be able to give one clear message to the living even if it’s one time to say everything will be fine. The fact that they’re gone with no contact makes it so much harder.

My uncle decided the world was too much for him and left us too soon and I listened to this last night and I saw him. I just wish he spoke to me but I was happy to see him. It was funny because the version of him I saw was when he was happy in life not the version of him before he left our world. Thank you so much for this video.

This year 2023 my wife & I lost our son when she was 25 weeks pregnant in February, and just 3 weeks ago i lost my dad after a long year of illness. I’m learning to live my life without my dad in 2023, my mom in 2016 & my son in 2023. Using meditation videos along with therapy appointments my wife & i get better every day. 😭 😢

My mom passed away over a month ago on the hospital bed due to liver failure. While me and my family was able to say goodbye to her and hold her hand till she passed, she was not able to say goodbye to us and that breaks my heart. I wish I can go back and spend more time with her, she took care of me as a single mom for 21 years and I am thankful for her raising me. I listen to these every night because I want her spirit to stay with me, to watch over me. Is there a way I can see her in my dreams? For her to have her chance to say what she wanted to say to me before she died would mean a lot to me.

My dad passed away when I was 6, my uncle when I was 13, and my papaw when I was 19. A couple of years ago a random lady stopped my mom outside of a Walmart and stated that she was a medium. The lady said “I sense that you have lost a loved one, and they want me to leave you a message. You have kids with this person. Theyre saying ‘I know my death was sudden, but I felt no pain and I’m in a much better place now. I’m with you every day watching over you and our kids. I come to you in the form of a bird. Please know that I never leave your side and you’re never alone, and I love you.’” My mother had never met, or talked to this woman. She had given her no information on anything. Still to this day I’m grasping for something to just see my dad. Is all I have is broken and shattered memories from a time that I want nothing more than to remember. I miss you dad. Till we meet again❤️

I don't know how to exist without my ex boyfriend who became my best friend/helper/and roommate for the past 12 years. Please God, let him come back he wasn't ready to leave he had plans and he was so unique and persistent and was driven despite a lifetime of setbacks. Why would he be taken from this world where he refused to become jaded and contributed so much to living? He always was there for me when I needed him and he always had the best intentions. Why no let him live a full life here?

My grandpa passed away earlier this week. It’s the first time i’ve lost someone truly close to me, and i still dont quite know how to deal with it. Its so definitive, like he’s gone. I used to believe in the afterlife but now i dont know anymore. I suppose somewhere in me there’s a tiny bit of hope that we don’t dissapear after we die, but i dont know. Sorry for the wall of text, just kinda writing it out i guess. Going to try this meditation before sleep. Good night everyone 🙂

My dad just passed away last Sept 30th. I can't bear the pain, I have a couple of dreams about him but he never speaks in most of it. I hear him talk in 2 of my dreams but its too short and I never saw his lips move. 😭😭😭
