LOL "it's so easy, even a high schoooolar can do it; even my daughter did it, back in the day" common attitude of directors!

Hi It was really enjoyable presentation. I would like to ask you a confused question for me that is about ngs data analysis. Many commend line platforms, which are not easy to follow for non computational researchers, are available for analysis the ngs data. However, many ready programs such as galaxy and genus that are easy to use are available. So why we are still using the commend line programs? Your answer will be very appreciated. • Why can't we take three different sample test and compare contrast so if it's similar we can assume there's no jackpotting but if there is no similarity we may understand there is jackpotting or duplication somewhere
