▶Rice Paper Cabbage Egg Dumplings
1/5 head of cabbage
10 small rice papers
1/4 carrot
1/4 onion
3 eggs
a little chives (optional)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce or soy sauce
a little pepper and salt, cooking oil
▶Rice Paper Kimchi Pancake
Ingredients
1/2C ripe kimchi
1/2C buchim garu (Korean pancake mix)
1 green onion
6T water
some cooking oil
▶Rice Paper Gimmari (Crispy Seaweed Noodle Rolls)
12 small rice papers
4 oz (120 g) glass noodles
3 sheets of gim
1T soy sauce
1/2T sesame oil
1/2T sugar
Some cooking oil
▶Spicy Pork stir-fried Rice Paper Rolls
Ingredients
12 large rice papers
1/2 cucumber
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
½ carrot
½ onion
12 lettuces
1lb. pork
some green onions
some boiled shrimp (optional)
Fish Sauce:
1T fish sauce
1T lemon juice or vinegar
1T water
1t minced garlic
A bit chopped red chili pepper
A bit green onion
1/2T honey
A bit sesame seeds (optional)
Peanut Sauce:
2T peanut butter
1T mayonnaise
1T lemon juice or vinegar
1/2T soy sauce
1t minced garlic
1t honey
Spicy Pork Seasoning:
1T gochugaru (red pepper flakes)
2T gochujang
1T cooking wine
2T corn syrup
1T oyster sauce
1T minced garlic
1/2t minced ginger
a little pepper
1T sugar
1T soy sauce

Dinner's in the oven and I've got 30 minutes to sit and relax and WOO HOO perfect timing with Part 2 of the rice paper recipes just posted! I especially appreciate this as my daughter has to be on a low carb diet at the moment due to a health condition and I'm trying hard to make meals that are low carb but still satisfying. This is good! Thank you. I found a pack of round rice papers in my pantry. I must have bought them and forgotten about them! There are 24 in it and close to expiration date so I was happy to find this! I want to try the egg and vegetables one tomorrow morning because I have eggs and vegetables in my refrigerator. Greetings from Washington State in the USA. I am not very familiar with Korean food because we do not have very exotic restaurants out here in the country BUT a little Korean Fried Chicken restaurant opened in the city close by where I do most of my main shopping and I got some on the way home today! It was so tasty! So now I am excited to try to cook it myself.
