Kirby in the show: cute poyo baby that goes on adventures. Kirby in the games : cute poyo baby that kills gods before lunch.

Kirby speaking is literally just to pure for this world. Like dude, everytime when he says “Melon” or “Picnic” makes my heart melt. Goddamnit, I love this pink little blob so much…

0:22 Listening to Kirby saying my name, the cutest way possible, my life is complete.
  • @elbunko_
I love how it goes from: picnic... picnic... to VULCAN JAB!!! SMASH PUNCH!!!
  • @Axolotl2630
I love how like 30% of whenever Kirby talks, it’s about melons 🍉
  • @micksdesk
0:36 I love how it cuts from him sleeping peacefully to him going full Ryu mode

I swear, Kirby is the purest creature in the universe. And that is absolute fact!
  • @gameguy959
You clearly forgot the most poetic and deep word that Kirby has ever muttered in this show. Poyo.
  • @heliart6155
0:55 why is no one talking about how this snowman was straight up about to assassinate Kirby
  • @Nathanieltan100
I've always wanted to see Kirby's speaking rather than usually saying "Poyo" in this series. Thank you so much for doing this. Happy 30th Anniversary, Kirby!

THE POYOKAY THING ACTUALLY EXISTS???? Also i like to think that, while Kirby can say the names of the attacks, it's like an impulse, the copy abilities also work with words (kinda)

“Dad, why is my sister’s name Rose?” “Because your mother loves Roses” “Thanks dad” “No problem, Every time Kirby talks (or tries to)”
  • @Alexrun902
Kirby's voice is just too dang cute I love it! I find it interesting he talks more in Japanese version compared to the English dub, must be localizing issues or something.
  • I think it's interesting that Kirby seems to be most coherent when speaking English, and his Japanese sounds more babyish (barring some exceptions). I guess the idea is that, alongside being a little kid his native language is wildly different from whatever language they speak in Dreamland and he's still learning?
