I love cooking, but when life gets difficult I loose all motivation. But everything I watch one of your videos, my mind gets full of creativity in the kitchen. And while I'm cooking all my worries disappear while I'm brainstorming putting all the ingredients together. Thanks for your hard work getting these videos out! I really enjoy them.
  • I'll never be anywhere near as good, but I love the fact that this man shares his knowledge with us all. Gordon has almost single handedly made me a good cook with all of his tips and tricks.
  • Am a big fan of your shows, chef Ramsey, and you are one of my inspirations for my culinary career that has started off

I just love watching him bounce around the kitchen! His energy, his passion!
  • I like the adding herbs to butter then freeze hack, slice as needed. Genius. I grow my own herbs and enjoyed this vid especially with the lady from Cambridgeshire growing lots of herbs. Great techniques in this video.

I'm not picky by any means, but even the FEW items I wouldn't even consider cooking with, are now an exciting find. Expanding my skill in the kitchen, not only trying what I never imagined but enjoying it too! Marrying flavors is more important than realized and the dishes are truly limitless!

You severely overestimate the amount of groceries i have in my cupboard

It’s 12 midnight and I’m watching this hungry as hell lol going to make these! Thank you Gordon Ramsay 😊
  • I’ve been making these corn fritters since pandemic. They are quick, easy, and delicious. I double the chili pepper for extra heat. I’ve thrown in some red or bell pepper too sometimes for texture
  • I love these cooking tutorials. Only down fall is unless your a chef, we don’t have a fully stocked kitchen like this. Half of what he cooks with wouldn’t even fit in my kitchen. Much less the refrigerator.

Ah, another upload. It's 1 in the morning, I'm not watching this but it's definitely going in my playlist.

Hey Gordon, can you please do a video on cutting up/separating/deboning large cuts of meats before cooking? I feel like if you explained how to break down large amounts of meat, identify the individual cuts within, estimate cooking time according to size or thickness, & determine whether or not bone(s) should be removed before cooking, it could do wonders for sustainability in the kitchen. Not only do larger bone-in, multi-cuts come cheaper than those which are pre-deboned and/or pre-separated, buying large pieces of meat & separating/storing them at home can reduce a TON of packaging & food waste. I would love to see something like that aimed at ppl who actually cook in the kitchen & plan to use one piece of meat to make lots of different dishes, rather than at the typical BBQ/grill crowd who purposely use large pieces of meat all at once.

I really appreciate the little lessons and tips! Not something I usually see from you when I catch a show. Now I know how to use leeks and that sauce! Oh my gawd! I have to make that mushroom leek sauce tonight!! Easy!!
