    So at the basics a token is: "Tokens can represent individual characters, words, subwords, or even larger linguistic units, depending on the specific tokenization approach used. " For Llama 3 they used a much bigger token vocab size then llama 2. So the model can output much more information (longer token) than before. I don't think your pdf is only 129 token.

    so far all i got from the event was "its sometime this year" and thats it and on top of that its all US based so i cant even try it in the UK while open AI announces gpt 4o which is fantastic and free and slowly being rolled out to everyone not just US
