Can you please consider making an anti-inflammatory recipes series? I love this video and would love to learn more ways to incorporate these foods in my diet. Thanks!
  • @DoctorAzmain
A balanced varied diet is so important! For my patients in hospital, the dietitians' input is so valuable!! So much better to prevent inflammatory conditions, heart disease etc rather than treating them when they happen... And these recipes look delicious too! 😋
  • Just a quick note about the speed. Sometimes it’s getting hard for me to enjoy your wonderful videos or digest the information because you’ve started speaking really fast recently. I understand that you probably try to keep it as short as possible but still. One of the many things I greatly enjoyed in your earlier videos was your calm soothing voice and confident manner, without rush. I don’t mean to be rude or upsetting, just expressing my opinion. Thank you again!)

What a wonderfully positive soul of a woman. I like the concept of eating the rainbow and adding as many colours as possible to one’s diet. I’m definitely going to implement it in my diet.
  • @shelbymclean_
This was so incredibly helpful. You managed to take very complex information and teach it without overwhelming us with excessive info, thank you!!!
  • @Moose6960
I'm so glad you made a point to explain that acute inflammation can be a good thing! I feel like a lot of influencers talk about "inflammation" as a kind of boogeyman to be combatted at all costs, but you rightly say that it's a mechanism of our immune system to fight off infection. This kind of thing is why I trust your nutrition advice!

As an Indian who's now mostly cooking and eating meals at home, this is making me feel virtuous. Pretty much all the staples of the kitchen mentioned!
  • @PLopez-bs5xs
I SO LOVE the style of your videos! the angle, the super useful info, the extra info available in the articles and the pace... Thank you for your time :) I really appreciate it!
  • As a Nurse Practitioner and vegetarian for improved health, I truly appreciate your approach to this video. You presented the information in an orderly way, kept if simple, pointed out the salient facts about each food group, added their benefit and why, and how to utilize the information. I have loved your channel for over a year and recommend it all the time to colleagues, patients, and friends who are wanting approachable, healthy, and nutrient-focused recipes. Thank you and all the best!
  • I love how food-positive you always are on this channel! It’s really important to promote physical health without damaging mental health along the way.
  • @sanagoesrawr
I’ve been watching since not long after you started your channel and I think this may be one of my top favorite videos. I love the in depth explanations but keeping the pace at a good speed the whole time. Thanks, Sadia, for educating us on something so crucial. My family has a history of arthritis so I’ll be sure to share with them ❤️
  • Thank you! So helpful. I love to see walnuts included in the list of omega-3 foods, because I feel like they're so often overlooked 😊
  • @user-wk9pm8bx1t
Just wanted to add a quick correction on the fiber content of beans/legumes at 5:40. I think you mean it has been shown to reduce insulin *resistance*, so it helps fight the development of diabetes. Thanks for the great video from a nerd who does diabetes research!
  • For me, the most important points in your videos are always those about how food may affect my health and what kind of food pairings will make the most of the food I eat, it makes your videos sooooo valuable. Don't stop!
  • @euliskay
I just LOVE this format! So informative, but also beautiful, and so chill. Thank you Sadia, and the whole team!
  • This is 100% EXACTLY the info I’ve been searching for. My fingers are crossed you have a million cookbooks 😉🥰
  • @christinam.3410
Dearest Sadia, could you make a video about what people with gastritis or general digestive issues can eat? Lots of the antinflammatory foods listed here are really bad for gastritis, acid reflux, IBS etc. I'm personally struggling with these issues but in this day and age there are lots of us and your advice is precious. Thank you! ❤️❤️
  • @ezgieftekin4495
After 5 years of being vegan I have decided to give a chance to tofu. I needed a recipe. I saw a good looking Chinese dish. I will definitely make it 👍
  • @mitziballs
I am floored. How can I not have discovered you and your videos before today??? I’m so inspired, have already learned so much, and am just incredibly grateful. You rock.
