Whoever made the Excadrill at 19:20 was actually COOKING. Stomping Tantrum doubles in power if your previous move misses or fails. If the game sees the Truant turn as a "failed move" Stomping Tantrum will ALWAYS be 150 Power. I have no clue if it works that way or not, but even if it doesn't work, I still think that's a pretty creative idea for a Pokémon.

33:40 I'm pretty sure judgment does actually change to ghost because of the spooky plate. The won't change the holder's type like it does with arceus, but it'll still change judgment's typing. This was the primary reason people ran spooky plate and judgment on normalize gengar in gen 7 hackmons, as it imposter proofs gengar and helps it wall impostor chansey.

33:35 Judgement WILL change types depending on the Plate, regardless of what Pokémon is using the move and holding the Plate. The move will still be displayed as Normal Type, but the move will match the type of the Plate. I've done a Randomizer Nuzlocke where I used Emboar w/ Judgement + Flame Plate and it was a Fire Type move. I think he's confusing it with Arceus' Multitype Ability that changes his type; only Arceus can do that.
