    Hi Rashmi, you are very inspiring❤❤❤ & so creative with each asana especially the plank leg lift never seen before. The dog barking is ok as that is also a part of our awareness. All sounds once we acknowledge & accept, we will be in harmony. There is a technique called ‘nishpanda bhAva’ I practice. 😅 So please don’t apologize. Hope to meet you some day in India.
