what they forgot to mention is that the sand does not absorb water as fast as the soil. the rain saturates the top layer of the sand and the excess water has no place to go/floods.

Cloud seeding is the reason why the weather across the globe dramatically change recently and its throwing off the balance of everything. Remember everything is about balance in nature and life, and if you force change it throws off the balance and creates chaos for a long time to come
