One thing that was valuable to me in my sales career was learning that the best time to make a sale is right after you've just made a sale. I'm sure you can relate to that. You're so pumped at that point, filled with positive energy, it's much easier to make that next sale. I always worked to make that initial sale, so it would make it easier to make following sales.

When you have reached your business goals, you need to keep giving it attention or else you'll lose motivation. You must continue to give attention to different aspects of your life. This will keep you motivated! Thanks Patrick!

Dear Mr. Patrick, I have been following you and watching your videos. Thanks for all the sharing. Sometimes when I lose the drive and direction in life, your video on successful entrepreneur gives me the inspiration to be persistent and resilient. The part where you mentioned on the constant battle between rejections from others and one's will to be resilient and never gives up on our set goal, really empowers my belief that I am on the right track. Notwithstanding I think of quitting everyday at work but I know I have to take it head on and rise above the challenges as those challenges shall serve to be the lessons and wisdom in self improvement. All of us recognize that challenges are the opportunities to grow but unfortunately at the same time we also feel intimidated by challenges. A positive mentality and a voice believing that "you can", is all the little push we need to keep moving.

"I'm not just gonna fool around at the gym for one hour because I have a limited time, I HAVE BIG PLANS IN MY LIFE." 👊🙏
  • Hey, Pat. Look, I started a mobile detailing business and for months I've tried everything I could to get my brand out there. I put up signs, tried Facebook, Craigslist, flyers, telling people what I do and giving them my business card. None of it would work. The only thing that would work was when a friend would tell someone of my services. That's when a person would call me. So I learned that the only way to get people to call me was to position myself in an area where it would be difficult for someone to say "no" and where "word-of-mouth" would set my brand off. I'm now washing cars at my local barber shop and because I do the job so well the owner want me to wash cars at another location that he's setting up. God is good and business is finally thriving. The thing that kept me going in the midst of no profit and no returns was faith in God's promises and your videos. Thank-you for being one of the few business people that aren't insecure to the point where you want to keep other business people down to keep themselves up.
