***Black pepper Chicken recipe***

*Chicken breast : 200 gram
(Thin slice cutting)

For marination
*Salt: 1/4 tsp
*sugar: 1/4 tsp
*Egg white : 1
*cornflour : 1.5 tbsp
Mix well and fry for 3 minutes
(Frying oil temperature 160 to 170)


*Vegetables
*Onion: 45 gram
*green chilli: 30 gram
*dried red chilli: 5 pcs
*capsicum: 50 gram

*Slurry
*Cornflour: 1tbsp
*water: 3tbsp

For black pepper sauce
*Oil : 2tbsp
*chopped garlic: 1tbsp
*water : 230ml
*salt : 1/4 tsp
*chicken powder: 1 tsp
*Mama sita's oyster sauce: 1tbsp
*soy sauce: 1tbsp
*Ground black pepper: 1/2 tsp
• Sesame oil: 1tsp


Serve with Rice 🙂

    I saved this recipe for almost a month, and I wanted to try it SO badly. I ended up making it today, and let me tell you, I will be making this recipe over and over again. It is so simple, easy, and absolutely delicious. I felt as if I was eating dinner at a Pakistani/Indian Chinese restaurant, and I’m so proud of myself for making it.
