This shouldn't surprise anyone. I've heard many horror stories about people with anywhere from 3 to 7 DUIs that are still legally driving. This happens in my state (KY) and the reason... They've gotta make a living 🙄 What about the innocent people they routinely endanger?

I wished DUI actually had way harsher penalties, like the first offense you should at least lose your licenses for a year,spend a few days in jail, and be fined a couple thousand. Maybe if that happened,most people would think twice before doing it so often.
