Microdosing during depressive episodes has completely changed my life after years of trauma, PTSD, addiction... I hope more people have affordable access to it

Imagine if they had known about bath salts. We'd all be speaking Norwegian
  • "We let the berserker boat go first, give 'em about an hour, then we leave. By the time we get there, everyone's dead and the berserkers are lunching on shins. We grab whatever's shiny and roll out." -Ancient Norse Text

Berserker was an official position in which you were given a bear skin as a badge of office (Berserker = Bear Skin) and served as the kings personal champion and guard. You would fight duels for him or be sent as a "messenger" to any vassals that were misbehaving. It was a combination of actual warrior stuff and state craft. They were highly equipped and trained warriors that acted as the kings right hand, not naked drug fueled savages. Fantasy writing and tabletop games are where we got the brutal naked drug psycho picture of what a Berserker was.
  • This whole idea that Amanita Muscaria was used to induce the "Berserker Rage" was based upon speculation by a scholar who actually knew absolutely nothing about the the effects of Fly Agaric. This bit of speculation has been repeated so much that some (even scholars at times) have taken the speculation as fact. The actual effects of Amanita Muscaria are quite the opposite of those one would expect to be used to induce a battle trance, being very sedate & introspective rather than agitated & animated. Please stop promoting this old, unproven piece of speculation as fact.

These Men and Women (Sheild Maiden Warriors) were most definitely not terrorists, they were raiders, settlers looking for better living conditions. Yes they were well practiced in Warfare but they were very brave explorers and they even were in America centuries before any other European people. Above all they were extremely skilled in Metallurgy and the production of tools and weapons which aided the craftsmen to produce ships so advanced that they could go out on open seas and navigate rivers with the same vessels. I'm very proud of my ancestry and I believe they were a great people of historical importance in more ways than just fighting.

i trained martial arts for almost 30 years...i decided one day to see if i could still do my forms practice while tripping off a substantial dose of mushrooms...not only was i able to do it, i was executing techniques with a speed, intensity, and ferocity that was unlike anything i'd ever done before, to the point if i ever for some strange reason knew i was going to have to fight off like 10 armed assailants at once i'd 1,000% take some mushrooms beforehand lol...i can only imagine how insane an entire batalion of mushroom tripping vikings would be...
  • When I was a small child, they used to show live action documentaries from PNG complete with live battles, killing, war dances etc(which is illegal to show now). You don't need drugs to "get into the zone" at all. You just work yourself into a rage until you're ready to "perform". The British had a discussion with one of their chiefs called Wampwan about possible independence for PNG. He said, How are you going to give me independence when I killed more people than you can fit into this(conference)room? On the other hand, the Zulus say that their troops were high(on potions made by their medicine men)when they annihilated Lord Chelmsford's army at Isandhlwana.

i used to train mma on mushrooms and I can say that they definitely made me think faster. my body became more flexible and agile. i saw many colors when i was doing this but i did not feel impaired in fighting ability at all.

Those wore some glorious times i Scandinavian history. They wore tough working farmers who didn't bow down for no one. So it's sad to see the State of Sweden today. Swedish population kneel and give up their heritage, customs and traditions for muslims and other invaders just to please some other countries. But there is a feeling of new wind in the sails and a hope for a better stronger future.

Norwegian historians and medical doctors believe they used a sort of Nightshade called Henbane not mushrooms.

After eating shrooms the only battle i was barely capable of fighting was the battle to retain my sanity. These guys really were a different breed.
  • @botsharing1702
Fighting on mushroom probably resulted in alot of friendly fire.

One of my favorite book series is about berserkers and the author does not use the term "viking" and takes place in a small saxon town where some berserkers take the main character as a slave. Highly recommend The Sea of Trolls by Nancy Farmer!

I used to do a lot of LSD when I was younger, I'm 65 now and I tried shrooms and guess what? I used to box and they made me want to fight. So speak for yourself, we are all different and react differently.
