You need a chopper that will cut the entire bouquet at the end. There is one for florists that resembles a paper cutter.

I am entering my second year of flower farming and there is so much good information out there but not nearly enough on marketing and efficiency, and that is exactly what I needed to hear. This is so incredibly helpful! Iβm hoping to have floral bouquets on my first year farm stand and this was exactly what I needed to see. Iβve spent the last 5 years selling vegetable starts then donating my excess veggies in the summer. This year Iβm adding a stand to the mini farm.
