David Pomeroy stands by the headstone of I.L. (Ira Leander) Pitts & Lula V. Pitts (at 4:55) in this video. They are my Great-Grandparents and they lived nearby on Pitts street. One of their sons was Bernal Howard Pitts, and he married Mamie Ellen Hughes in 1915. However, the video then shows a photo of a couple whom he identifies as Mr. & Mrs. Pitts. That photo is actually Mamie Hughes’ parents - Mr. & Mrs. Hughes (David Harrison Hughes & Alice Julia Richardson), neither of whom are buried in the Crown Hill cemetery. They are also my Great-Grandparents.

I attended Pomeroy Elementary school from 1971-74 . The principal was Mr.Mc.Coy.

How come I'm barley knowing this after my years of growing up in Pasadena! Well at leas at I could prove to my mom that there is a cemetery.

I've been there its a very beautiful place
