The real number one way is hack the cops internet that is chasing you and just shut it off

You rob a store, go somewhere to hide, you think your good so you go grab a snack, you come back thinking you have the money and no stars, look at your screen and see yourself in a cell with your orange jumpsuit

For method three, I one time was in a chase and crashed my car, causing me to have to foot bail. The officer pursuing me came to me in his car, I simply got in his (and for some reason) he thought I respawned, so before he noticed I jumped out by another car which was a DOT car, got in and he never found me.

Another method to avoid the grappler is to ride in a government vehicle (any vehicle on the non civilian teams) because they cannot be damaged, have their tires popped (this and the former don't apply to the police), be game mechanic PIT maneuvered, or grappled
