A fresh edit of the beloved classic, scaled to 16:9 and reframed, color-corrected and paced to modern standards, trimmed down from 6 hours to less than 2 - hopefully to reach new audiences, as there is no reason to ever reshoot a Jesus movie. This was an unequalled masterpiece, but there has never previously been a way to watch it in a single feature-film experience. So I figured I'd try to make that possible. I do not own the rights to this material! This is merely a fan-cut by a fan of the film(s) and a fan of Jesus! Enjoy! I hope YouTube does not take it down... :)

Robert Powell is the greatest actor of all times His performance as Jesus is Brilliant. There is no other actor who can do this part as Jesus. Amazing

As an 11 year old child - I remember crying inconsolably and being so utterly heartbroken for this man (I didn't know who He was then). Seeing this movie was so horribly real and disturbing for a kid that age way back then. But I'm so thankful that I did. It was my first introduction to the Lord Jesus Christ. Now I'm 51 (yes that's how old this movie is) and my life is still His - He is my Lord and Savior - My King of kings. My first love.
