I saw a Karen in the wild once. I went to the gas station down the road and there was a woman arguing with one of the workers because she wanted to buy alcohol but her ID was expired. The worker was explaining that she could lose her job and potentially be fined or even jailed for selling alcohol to someone with an expired ID. The customer demanded to speak to the manager and the worker told her she was the manager. Customer stormed out and yelled "well you're a SH**TY MANAGER!". I worked at that gas station later on and can confirm that worker is both a great person and a manager. Also, no valid ID, no booze. Not unless you look old af. I'm not risking my job so you can buy a budweiser.

I think for that Starbucks employee, the most he’d get would be a written reprimand or a corrective action taken against him (regardless if the girl complained or not). But given the circumstances, Human Resources would probably give him a warning.

⚠️ So, I’m gonna say this so everyone knows: 9 times out of 10, DO NOT HONK. My mom and I literally got a gUn pulled on us for honking at a guy who almost hit us last week. I don’t even live somewhere that gUn fights are common. People are so aggressive and short tempered and full of road rage these days. It is not worth it anymore. Drive away, let them pass you, let them cut in front of you. Do not honk unless it’s desperately needed like trying to avoid an accident like us. ⚠️
