The ignorance of constitutional rights by judge and staff reinforce the fear of democratic communism destroying this country. Despite given the right to electronic court access per ADA this moron forces my attendance to a cancelled hearing under threat of incarceration then in a ludicrous action violating Rehabilitation Act denies me of evidence against me, feigns ignorance understanding dismissals submitted by disabled individual, and declines to investigate his confusion while I AM PRESENT! Then, a year later is of the assumption he can proceed after federal rights complaint was submitted to DOJ. What are the charges? this moron is attempting to punish a disabled person for being at home on private property with an unleashed service companion trained to alert on scents. The judge is literally attempting to flog a dead dog.
