Parsec settings, recommended in app vs custom in config file

This video is made to show that playing with the bitrate above 50 Mbps, which is the maximum in Parsec UI and the encoder_min_qp have a real effect on image quality. Bear in mind this was recorded on my MacBook Pro M1 via QuickTime screen recording feature, but still, we can easily notice the difference between the 2 configs.
