1 can of corn drained
1 can of cream corn
1 stick of melted butter
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
8oz sour cream
Sprinkle of salt
Mix together
350 for 40 minutes
Topping:
Place Pie crust on top
Brush with egg wash
Back in the oven at 375 for 12-15 minutes

My recipe for this calls for 2 eggs & no top crust . Also, we add green onions to the mix, shredded cheese & sometimes finely diced jalapeno peppers. Love this!

That looks so so delicious I might add scrambled eggs and spinach onions and garlic and tomatoes on top then crust but that looks yummy yummy.

This looks like a great Southern recipe. You guys have the best tasting food. My mom was from Oklahoma and every time she visited her folks she would come home with some amazing recipes. This is one we would love.
