I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting. As soon as I turned this on I felt the bodily tension and frantic thoughts melt away into perfect peace. My eyes are already closing. Thank you so much for this good medicine 🙏💜

There are so many miracles in the world. Whenever I look up at the stars and imagine the cells of my body, just like the stars in the sky, the cells make up our human beings, besides human beings, there is the earth, besides the earth, there is the Milky Way,... So I always think the world is infinite. I hope we can get out of the solar system in our lifetime.
