this is my all time favourite jazz piece. what makes it so amazing is that it was improvised by bill evans, just his emotion and thoughts translated into music

I first heard "Peace Piece" in the movie "BILL EVANS TIME REMEMBERED" and it became my favorite of his songs. I'm happy to be able to listen to various arrangements like this.

제 반려견이 암으로 시한부를 선고받았을 때 호스피스하면서 늘 빌에반스의 음악을 틀어두었는데 그 중 제가 이 곡을 정말 좋아했어요. 거실에 강아지 눕히고 저도 그 옆에 누워 빌 에반스의 peace piece를 들으며 시간을 보냈었지요. 강아지가 떠난뒤, 9개월. 이제는 저 혼자 이 음악을 듣고 있습니다. 마음을 진정시킬때 필요한 음악이 되었네요
