Some of y’all comments are so ungrateful. Ken made a video tutorial how to make the dern biscuits. Y’all are complaining he didn’t make enough. Do you think he needed to make 16 trays of biscuits to get the concept? He made a decent portion for you to get the idea of how to make the biscuits. SIMPLE.😊
  • I’m 75 years old and never made a decent biscuit in my life, until today! Thanks for teaching me your secrets; and your voice and manner are so gentle and reassuring. God bless you!
  • I am an extremely busy mom 5 children husband who passed from cancer I have no time to run to the store I had everything to make these they turned out so good I couldn’t believe it thank you so much you saved my day!!!!!! I can easily double or triple the recipe. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you were squeezing the butter and said, "It's easy, no problem at all" it reminded me of Bob Ross and then it kept happening. In case it's not clear, this is a serious compliment. Happy little biscuits. You are the Bob Ross of Biscuits.

I love this video. I like that he uses regular ingredients, he uses measuring spoons, he’s encouraging and pleasant. No overlapping music. Just a straight tutorial. I also appreciate the small batch. I cook for two. Thank you sir. You are great.

This is exactly what I need for my daughter and I during lockdown. Who else here during lockdown 2020?
  • I know it’s been a while since this was uploaded, but I absolutely love these YouTubers that show you how to make food in small portions, the majority of people watching cooking tutorials usually don’t need 20 biscuits. All I want is to be able to make a Egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit in the morning, without any leftovers.

I am definitely gonna make these! But here’s a tip, instead of breaking the butter up by hand, you can get a cheese grater and grate frozen butter into your mix. Saves time!
  • I am a 60yo recent widower who's been learning to cook for himself on a regular basis. I've been doing the two-ingredient self-rising "Quick Biscuit" box recipe for a while and while it did the job, it just wasn't what I was looking for. Your recipe wasn't much more work and definitely tastier, fluffier, and flakier with just a touch of crispy crunch on the bottom. Thanks for taking me a step closer to enjoying my home-cooked meals again.
  • Now that's what I call biscuits! I'm 89 years old and I've made biscuits with plain flour and sweet milk for many many years. My mother and my grandmother made biscuits like this. There's a lot of buttermilk biscuit recipes, and I have nothing against buttermilk biscuits, but sweet milk biscuits are the ones that break into layers, while the buttermilk ones are fluffy and a little more cake like. It all depends on what you like. I'm just glad to see someone speaking up for those good old sweet milk biscuits. Great video. I like your use of the word "gentle." It speaks of respect and appreciation for a good, homely item of food that has been loved for generations.
  • I'm 55 years old and I have never made biscuits before as I've been slowly teaching myself how to cook for the past year. And when you're just cooking for a very small batch this was perfect and I thank you so much Ken for the simple and easy instructions. Not all of us come with years of baking recipes and secret ingredients. Thank you!

This is by far the best biscuit recipe I’ve tried! I like that it’s for a small amount and I can just double it if I need more. Thank you for making it look so easy!

Having a 4 biscuit recipe is great for a two person breakfast table.

Your voice is so pleasant and encouraging. I’ve always wanted to try and make biscuits but I’ve just been too afraid of making an absolute mess of them. Somehow your pleasant positive disposition has made me think today might finally be the day to attempt it. Thank you so much for making this look so fun and so simple. I really do appreciate you sharing this with us. ❤
  • Great tutorial! You've inspired me and encouraged me to try making my own homemade biscuits! Thank you 💗
  • Just wanted to say, this is my all time favorite biscuit recipe! My family and I loved it!

  • I’ve been looking for such a recipe, playing around with different proportions, they’ve all been good but this one is the best. Easy, delicious, no fuss for two people.
