  • There's just no way that Paul can even imagine all the joy he has brought through his music to the world. Bless you Sir Paul.
  • Is it just me or does songs written by the Beatles like Penny Lane just fill you with energy and carefree happiness?

The joy on the faces of 3 generations of audience singers is priceless. What power this music still has to move our souls!!

I love the diverse audience. All with their different memories of 1 song.

I cant believe how many young kids are singing the words to a song that's 53 years old... Truly a salute to the greatest band ever.

There cannot be another performer who could play thirty of their big hits, and still have to miss out someones’ favourite. Simply the best playlist of any musician in history.

For those of you who weren't around in the 60's it would be hard to describe the change the Beatles brought. Up until then music was so-so. When the Beatles came around society changed drastically. Fistfights at school became non-existent. People were all of a sudden happy. Their music brought a feeling of happiness to everyone. Even grouchy folks became somewhat happy. It's too bad everyone couldn't have lived back then to experience the aura of it all. Thank God for the Beatles, and Paul.

At 76 I finally got to see Sir Pauly in person and sing this song, and many of his other hits.🎉❤
  • Billy Joel remembering the time when he was very young, watching the Beatles and thinking, "Man, that's what I want to do!"

R.i.p. Daddy- this is another song you put on cassette for me to listen to when I was a little girl
  • The joy on the audiences faces says it all. Grand Parents, grandchildren mothers fathers they moved us all and Paul can do it nowadays, he still produces that magic.

The Beatles. My generation's Mozart and Beethoven all in one group.
  • @dennissmith8031
Someday the children in that audience will be telling their grandchildren that they saw a Paul McCartney concert. And it still will mean something to those young ones.

I am born in the 80's and I do not know why I love The Beatles. Everytime I hear one of their songs played, I just stop what I am doing and listen to that song. And everytime I see Paul (even just in tv or internet), I just have that feeling of happiness (like having positive vibes). One of my wishes is to be able to watch even just one Paul McCartney concert.

The best part is the expressions on the faces of the audience. Pure joy

I am from near Liverpool. It is amazing how this melody about daily life in an ordinary part of the city reverberated around the world and still does. It is very much rooted in the England of the sixties but could be about anywhere which helps explain its universal appeal

Paul's songs are appealing to every man, to everyone, Brit, American, whoever. They speak about everyday life and make it special.
