Why YOU Should Visit Dalat (Part 1) | Our FAVORITE City in Vietnam!

I’m Vietnamese and I want to just say, after watching all of your Vietnam travel videos, you two are by far the most informative and culturally sensitive/appreciative travelers I’ve come across. People travel and do the touristy things, take the glitzy photos for instagram and are averted to anything too culturally shocking, but you two seem to genuinely want to understand the history of where you travel to, try different foods, interact with the locals, and highlight the locals’ way of life. Thank you for for bringing so much light to our culture. You two truly are the most underrated traveling couple, because you don’t just gloss over the countries you go to and go to the “instagrammable” places for the token of having traveled, you immerse and inspire others to travel the right way.

Thank you guys! I was teary-eyed watching this~ it was my home for good 4 years teaching in different schools and living a healthy peaceful life❤️ Forever grateful to the people of this place.

Da Lat is a beautiful city about 30 km to Tung Nghĩa. Tùng Nghĩa is my hometown, I left Tùng Nghĩa from early 1989 to America carrying all my childhood memories. I went back to visit in April 2018 and could not believe Tùng Nghĩa looked like a small city. Thương tùng nghĩa quê tôi.

Hey guys, I have to thank you for making this video, because I watched it a few months ago before I came to Vietnam for the first time and now I've been living in Da Lat for 8 months and I just LOVE this city. Green and beautiful, especially now after rainy season, it's sunny and warm. The food, the People, and the vibes are just unique. Greetings from Da Lat!

I left Dalat in 1974. Lots of new builds since then. I would like to go back to visit my elementary catholic school behind the cathedral. It doesn’t look like when I was a child but watching these videos bring back so much memories. Dalat is always in my heart, a lovely city. If you haven’t visited, you may want to go. It’s on my bucket list.

I really want to say thank you! I have been living in DaLat for 16 years. That's why when I saw your video, I was really appreciate it! My family have a cute coffee shop near the center of DaLat, it just takes about 5 minutes for you to take a walk from Xuan Huong Lake to our place. If you visit here one more time, I wish you will come to our coffee shop, the view won't let you down, I promise! Anyway, thank you very much for the video!

Ah, the cold and soothing wind calmed me. The sight of the mountains amazed me. The hotels and flora really interested me. Honestly, I’m really grateful being a native Vietnamese, such a beautiful nation and country

To most Vietnamese, especially South of Vietnam, Dalat is always a thing, a speacial, peaceful, lovely city to come and relax

Been following you guys for a year to initially help with our Vietnam trip but after watching so many of your videos, my husband and I decided to take several months off to extend our traveling plans. We are now doing 10 countries and 30 cities. In Saigon now and heading to Dalat next so rewatching all your videos and following on your tail to Thailand after Vietnam.
