The fact the ENTIRE Docks fight was cut is a CRIME! I do know that Ice Queendom recently got released on Blu-ray, and it's called Final Cut. I don't know if they added scenes, that'd be great.

from an anime standpoint however, what they did was very clever. anyone without our context will be extremely curious about who or what penny is and how she did all that damage.. and as most "adaption spinoffs" do well. is that will drive peole to want to get more info on her as a character which brings more traffic to the source material that is Monty Oums work. May he rest in peace

Animation budgets are real and they would've blown so much of it if they tried to re-create the Docks fight....it's not the story Ice Queendom is interested in telling....they needed their budget for later, to tell their own unique side story.
