  • I love my bean powders! I do cook my beans first. Then puree, dehydrate, grind to powder and vacuum seal. I love my hummus and bean dips.

    I've never grouund my own, but I love making hummus from garbanzo flour! You get that nice smooth texture like the store-bought hummus which is more difficult when blending or food processing canned garbanzos. So yummy!

    Oh, a little thing with canned chick peas, drain, rinse, place in a bowl of water and rub the skins off. Very smooth, so if you still have canned ones, this works great.
