If you are wondering how to be a good man, or at least how to be a better man, then this video is for you. However, I will provide this guide on how to be a good guy in a HEALTHY way which is non-toxic, and no sense of alpha or sigma male rhetoric. I will flip the idea of what makes a man masculine (in the traditional sense) and share with you what makes a man happy, loving, and a good human.     I grew up with Amos. It’s so good to see the way you’ve grown brother. Amos used to be the class clown, he would joke on all the teachers and make us all laugh in middle school. He used to convince teachers that he didn’t know how to speak English and we would all die laughing. I’m so proud of you for your change brotha.

    Oh Amos, you’ve Always been a Sigma male before the term even came out. A Sigma male is definitely like the Alpha male but without needing the validation of others. Alphas have huge egos but also HUGE insecurities as opposed to a Sigma. Sigma males remind me of people like Keanu Reeves or Dr.Jordan Peterson. You walk to the beat of your own drum. You always seemed like a Keanu Reeves to me. You shared the word of God fearlessly back when I would watch you in 2017; that’s a sigma trait actually. I honestly think Jesus Christ would be considered the Ultimate Sigma male in todays times. You were always a sigma you just didn’t know it.
