I was always taught if u have to hide your face for something u do or involved in means u shouldn't be doing it..
  • Thanks to YouTube the u.s.a. can't bury this real American history

Having so much hate must be so self consuming and incredibly exhausting
  • People who hate and blame are more dangerous than the people they hate and blame because they are the one's who are doing it
  • The stupidity and hate some folk have is staggering. Its not just in the US, seen it here too in the UK. I'll never understand racism and xenophobia. We are all the same, just trying to get through life and do the best for our families. These times of far left and far right are so damaging.

My people are a strong people to have survived this hatred.
  • This video made me emotional. It took me a long time not to be upset about the racial issues we, as African Americans face. My grandmother did not allow me as a child to know what it was to be prejudiced. I didn't learn our history until I was 27 years old and in college. Needless to say that I was traumatized and hated white ppl. It took me a long time to get where I'm today. I do not hate anyone anymore. If I dislike you, it has absolutely nothing to do with your skin color. I like who likes me. ❤️💯
  • We are still watching a learning four years later. We can change America, let's "Love and Respect " each other.

The first man speaking is a smart man I could listen to him for a while. Lynching? Totally despicable and those who did such a thing then included women and kids!! God had a place for them.
  • It's not hate. It's learning what they did to you in the past, is what they are capable of doing it to you again.

Maybe it's bc I'm German, but I don't understand the problem at all. What's wrong with a person that has darker skin, why do people make such a big deal out of it? The only thing I care about is, if a person is nice or not, by personal experience, it doesn't matter at all what the one looks like, where one comes from and if one is poor or rich. It's impossible to judge by the color of skin, it doesn't mean or say anything.
  • This documentary was beautiful. Thank you so much @JustinParham and @ScottBourque for shedding some much needed light on all of the darkness that we,as human beings, can harbor. Inspiring. Thanks again

Hate is stupid and mind boggling. I just can't understand it. I can dislike someone for their actions and hate something someone has done, but hate a person is really difficult for me to grasp. I get angry and wish things were different, but hate will eat a person up inside.
